Worship Notes: Sometimes, when I’m planning worship, I will pick a song that answers the question that another song poses. Tomorrow, we will sing a familiar song, “I Will Not Be Shaken,” followed by a less familiar one, “Same God.” While “I Will Not Be Shaken” authoritatively declares that we will not fear because we stand upon the Rock, our high tower, “Same God” answers the question even more clearly of why we can trust God.
